Will I receive a receipt of payment for training courses I have registered for?
All training participants will receive a receipt of payment by e-mail once payment has been processed.
How is VAT treated?
VAT is charged on all training conducted in the UK. En-Vision company VAT details will be provided on the e-mail receipt issued to allow for individuals to reclaim the tax in their host country.
How do I exit a training module?
You move forward through the training modules by using the next >> and previous << buttons. To exit the module and move back into the members area use you brower "back" button.
When I complete the online test how do I move to the next module?
When you have answered all the questions correctly, use the Training Modules link to move back to the members area and proceed to the next module which has now become visible.
